Great option for families. We were so pleased with our stay. Staff was honestly 10/10 and the rooms were beautiful. I would likely stay at a hotel with a beach entrance in the future but this was an affordable, clean and honestly ten minute walk to the beach stay. We loved it.

The staff at this location were Fantastic! From checking in, Vallet, housekeeping, bartenders, cooks...each person was friendly and treated us with respect. Any questions we had they were so helpful with us. thank you for making my first trip to Hawai'i such a great one!

My only concern is the $50 charge if you loose one of your towel cards. Sometimes, there was no one around to exchange the card for towels. Everything else was amazing

Breakfast included “There is no such thing”, at the end of the stay they charged me a resort fee $500.00. The hotel is old, a little dirty, but pretty, the cleaning service is mediocre does not know how to clean a bathroom properly, many rules in the Pool, The shade is for people who pay extra $80.00, the bar is expensive, a pina colada in a plastic cup is $22.00 plus taxes, plus tip, that means about $30.00. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are buffet, the food is fresh, Good flavor and variety, the dining room is still dirty. You have to be prepared to give Tips to everyone or if not you are not worthy of receiving any service. The truth is, I didn't like that part of Hawaii's culture at all. “Tips” are mandatory and for everything. I think it is a destination to visit only once and never return. SORRY:(
