"The staff were very friendly especially our shuttle drivers. Thing I did not like is trash pickup at 3am were very loud with the dumpsters. We were on the 3rd floor and still awakened by the loud noise and was unable to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was good, would definitely ask for a room away from the dumpsters. Maybe I should get some extra marriott points as compensation...thank you"

"Was a nice stay. When I originally went to check in the room wasn't ready due to maintenance needing to repair something but it was a short wait. However getting to the room, the dishwasher was going and just dumping soapy water all over the floor. Housekeeping was quick to clean it up however. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. "

"The outsiide of the hotel and property looks a bit outdated. The room itself was unexpectedly fabulous by comparison. Full kitchen, beautiful cupboards, dishwasher, full fridge, super clean, huge soft king bed and pillows that I now want to buy. I slept better than I have in months. The front desk clerk was friendly and I saw him running around working in various locations. We stayed two days for a volleyball tournament anx it was very affordable, especially considering it was GVSU graduation...
