"It was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly! The location was very walkable to many of the top locations The problem I had was 1. We were booked for a balcony but that was not a big deal because our room was large. 2. We were suppose to have breakfast every morning and we only received it 2 of the 7 mornings. Even when I inquired about my breakfast we still did not get it. I would recommend the hotel to someone as long as they know what they are getting and for the price it was worth it....

"This was a great spot to stay. Easy to navigate the city with the tram so easily accessible. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The street was loud but the windows close and the view was breathtaking. Rooftop access was great for evening photo shoots. "
