"Halich was wonderful! We stayed twice within the span of a week. Very comfortable beds and quiet property. First visit, they surprised my husband and I with decor and treats for our anniversary. Second visit, a personal note of thanks for returning as well as some delicious treats! Location is fantastic for access to metro and river crossing, dining and shopping. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel does a very nice view from the room, we did not have a full balcony, but just a small terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say that was the best part of our stay. The room is a lot smaller than pictured. I read some other reviews, commenting on the smell coming from the pipes of the bathroom and that was true. Not sure what it was but the bathroom does not smell great but the room and the bathroom were very clean. great location with everything all around."
