"Staff were all very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hot water did not work during our entire stay and we were not aware that smoking is allowed in the hotel so throught the day, our room would smell like cigarettes. For a couple nights, this was ok for us but would not choose it again. "

"I stayed at Thien Ha 3 years ago and it seems totally different as if it was not maintained at all. he bathroom walls were cracking because of humidity and towels had black stains. he bed had dirty sheets and covers. After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning. Finally the front desk came up to check as if they needed to vouch our words. I showed him all the problems and...
