"We are staying there for 2 weeks. The villa has beautiful river view, The owner was helpful and they are trying their best to help with everything. But the house was so dirty and old, mold and lizard poo everywhere. All the kitchen stuff was so dirty and old. AC has cigarettes smell coming out, the pictures they posted was totally different from what you see, no trained maid and they just random to found a lady to be a maid, you have to change and clean all towels, bedsheets by yourself. "Large and comfy apartment for our family, we find it great value in Saigon. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Close to grocery store and walking distance to some restaurants. Need to take cab/shuttle to most tourist places and bars in district 1. The only minus about this place is food at the hotel restaurant is not so good, we ate outside."

Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "
