"We stayed for 5 nights, and though it was near a loud street that did not bother us. We had a noisy room, but Lilh offered to swap us to a quite room on the other side free of charge. We continued with the original room because we are heavy sleepers and it did not bother us. Lilh was extremely helpful and often responded on WhatsApp within 1 minute. "The stay was so so, dun just judge the hotel by just looking at its photos. Room are smaller than it shown, cleanliness is good. The window shown was fake as it can open 5cm then touching the wall outside the window, therefore less ventilation in the room. For Malaysian standard travellers, suggest to spend a lil more to have proper hotel if you were to enjoy and gets quality rest after walking so much in the city. Nice bfast they cook for you. But overall not too bad for the price we paid. "

I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...
