"We booked the cheapest room for two nights, but when we got there, Andy told us that we're their only guests for the weekend, so they upgraded our room to the suite. 😊 The suite was stunning with a big living room and kitchen, also with ecstatic views. "The property and stay was great. My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "
