Hotels with an Outdoor Pool in Auckland Region from $57

"The property and stay was great. My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

"Service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was particularly impressed at the high level of respect shown to our two small children to make sure they were happy and comfortable in their stay too. Room was clean and well appointed. Sky tower and city view was fabulous. Restaurant was great for both dinner and the buffet breakfast. I was unsure about the valet parking setup but it was very efficient and worked well. Will definitely stay again. "
