"The condo was perfect for our one month stay and very well equipped with everything we could want. The location is near the PCH side of the complex, but we were never bothered with traffic noise and actually enjoyed the fact that the views from the windows were of the lovely landscaping and gardens.. We would love to return for another visit. Margarita was wonderful to deal with and always very responsive and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Mixed review here. The location is wonderful the concept is great with the bed and breakfast feel. I would say the rooms definitely need updating. The carpets are old and have a smell. The bathroom tiles are black and dark green and need a good scrub or replacement. The lighting is low in the shower so the sludge that has built up in the shower corner on the black tile is difficult to see. The property is very quiet and peaceful. "Run down, old dirty appliances and couches, tattered towels. Pictured like a first floor condo but 5 steps up to unit. Neighbor in next unit has dog she can't control and gets into screaming matches with family members. Property Manager inappropriate with responses. Great location and friendly owners. "This was my fourth stay at this property and it definitely has gone downhill a bit but still nice and family friendly. Just small noticeable “cheaper” changes they’ve made. "
