"This was excellent! Perfect 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Bus right outside, roam transit. Coffee shop next door White Bark was excellent. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, room was great, balcony view was lovely and property parking was easily found and free with lots of spaces. Loved it! "

"The hotel is in a stunning location- it takes your breath away The rooms are comfortable and meet all of your needs However, the service is unfortunately not on par with a 5* We stayed for 5 days and our food bill was quite high - which we wouldn’t have minded if the food had been at a 5* level Servers would bring your food and ask every time who had ordered what? a bowl of soup that was frozen vegetables with chicken broth poured into it was the clincher for us. "Its where I stay when here for work"

"This was an excellant place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed in suite. The only resturant closes at 2pm and the food was very greecy. Sandwiches and drinks were way over priced if you wanted to buy from the store. Otherwise 5 minute drive to canmore. "

"This is a great place to stay in Banff town. The only suggestion I have is to provide more instruction on the parking. The password to open the garage door is confusing if someone found there is another lock on the door… I might be stupid but I really didn’t see the keyboard around the entrance first lol"
