Find Hotels with Bars in Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks

"After booking through Hotels.ca, the hotel reached out to inquire if we had any requests, pets, special reasons to be there etc. I informed them we were there to celebrate my 40th bday. When we arrived, they had upgraded our suite to the best room they had which was amazing for our stay. (It had 2 bedrooms, a fireplace in the living area, a dining table, kitchenette, and a sauna!) They had left a bottle of wine, chocolates and a card wishing me a happy birthday. I have never had a hotel reach out to see if they can help make things more special, and I really appreciated it. I would stay there again. The kids loved the pool. "

"This was excellent! Perfect 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Bus right outside, roam transit. Coffee shop next door White Bark was excellent. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, room was great, balcony view was lovely and property parking was easily found and free with lots of spaces. Loved it! "

"Property is clean and nice, price is right. It’s a 10 min walk from downtown so not bad, lots of restaurants in the area. Rooms are a bit too small, we got the 2 queen bed for my 3 kids and me and felt there was not enough space. They don’t really have a pool, it’s a big hot tub but my kids like it even though it was very crowded. Staff was very nice and helpful, if we stay there again we’ll get a bigger room for sure!"

"The Hidden Ridge Resort is a hidden gem :) Gorgeous location and very private (yet fully accessible to downtown Banff). All of the staff are super courteous, efficient and helpful-but especially at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are wonderfully situated and are blessed with splendid views. There are even super clean and convenient bbq facilities. We saw lots of wildlife (birds galore, deer, elk, squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits etc.) on this visit and when you can book a fully equipped suite/condo with a great loft, at a great price, there are no better reservations to be had for couples or families. We will most definitely return in the off season. The beds are comfortable but the rooms can get a little warm (especially the lofts) in the heat of summer as there is no A/C, but we have stayed at multiple lodgings in Banff for numerous years, and Hidden Ridge is hard to beat. When we can get an excellent rate, there is nowhere else like it and we are never disappointed. "
