Windows throughout need a cleaning, and the furniture in the dining area was a bit shabby. All this said, it’s in a great location near many restaurants, and the vibe felt unique compared to other more contemporary hotels in the area. Staff were also nice and helpful."

"I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights."

To eat in the hotel you had to include dinner and/or breakfast in your reservation, and there was a fixed price (e.g. $30 for breakfast.) but we ate dinner at the noodle house across the street, and a Great Eggspectations for breakfast.
