"Please don’t hesitate in booking this property. It was immaculate and the amenities far exceeded other properties I have stayed at. Plenty of paper products, towels and kitchen supplies. The owner has supplied everything you need, even throw blankets for the sofas when you want to cozy up in the cute living room. The king bed was extra comfy. Would absolutely stay here again."

The TV only had Roku, so any network TV, such as watching the World Series at night, couldn't be done. I've stayed at other VRBOs and they were upfront about the TV channels access. "The cottage is cute, very clean and spacious. We walked the trail down to the creek and around the main house one morning. Very peaceful. We met the donkeys Chet and Lloyd and fed them carrots. Convenient to distilleries and places of interest. We would definitely recommend this property!"

"Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. "We planned this stay to take advantage of the Bourbon Trail. We were able to visit many distilleries due to their close proximity of this home! The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. We took advantage of the outside gas grill and cooked some delicious steaks one night. Brickhouses are right next door which was a special treat to see. We will definitely stay here again!"
