At the beginning of our stay we were told that the room we reserved was not available and we even called earlier in the day to make sure that it would be available because we were arriving around 7pm. The front desk staff kept blaming it on other staff members. We had even prepaid so that it was available. Our TV did not work either of the days of our stay. Our room had no drawers for clothes storage.

Did not appreciate being sent a special offer that required a credit card being uploaded, and then not getting said offer. Also did not appreciate key cards being shut off before checkout time was up, and it was not just our cards, apparently it was everyones.
