5/5 Excellent
"This hotel was very conveniently located - close to the Shimbashi station and also not exposed to rain getting to the hotel. It is also very close to the southern part of Ginza, so it is very easy to walk to Ginza and Tsukiji.
The staff was very helpful and professional. I arrived at 1 pm and was able to get an early check in. The Standard Double room has a lot of space for Japanese hotel standards. The room was comfortable and had a nice East-facing view. All the basic amenities were available.
There were three breakfast options. I tried the buffet and also the Japanese breakfast. Both were good!
Overall, it was a very positive stay. I would stay here again."

"This hotel is attached to the third floor of terminal three. It was extremely convenient after having flown all day, rather than having to figure out getting into town if it's your first visit to Japan. The rooms aren't large, but are clean and the amenities provided are nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff and hotel was amazing. We got amazing views from the room. Location was great. It was really close to the disneyland and shuttle service was really convenient. "
"If you want to be close to the train station and have a variety of restaurant options - this is a great hotel! It is also clean and rooms are a bit larger than normal in Japan. "

"We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Gracery. We had a room with two beds. By Japanese standards it was ok as we found out when we stayed an another hotel with 2 beds. Don't expect to be able to open 2 pieces of carry on though without using the bed.
Check in and check out were very easy.
The Godzilla theme is quirky but a part of Japanese culture.
The optional breakfast I would recommend for at least the first 2 days. The selection is good but might get monotonous. Try the breakfast and fast food options at the downstairs 7-11 or the many small restaurants in Shinjuku. They're all good.
I'll be staying here again."

"This was one of the absolute best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced in any country or city. The service from housekeeping was phenomenal, always filling up our soaps and shampoos and replacing towels on a daily basis, regardless of when we request it. The quality of the breakfast buffet was incredible, with tons of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient as it is steps away from a major station. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate to return to Tokyo!"
