"This hotel was very conveniently located - close to the Shimbashi station and also not exposed to rain getting to the hotel. It is also very close to the southern part of Ginza, so it is very easy to walk to Ginza and Tsukiji. The staff was very helpful and professional. I arrived at 1 pm and was able to get an early check in. The Standard Double room has a lot of space for Japanese hotel standards. The room was comfortable and had a nice East-facing view. All the basic amenities were available. There were three breakfast options. I tried the buffet and also the Japanese breakfast. Both were good! Overall, it was a very positive stay. I would stay here again."

The service from housekeeping was phenomenal, always filling up our soaps and shampoos and replacing towels on a daily basis, regardless of when we request it. The quality of the breakfast buffet was incredible, with tons of options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient as it is steps away from a major station. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate to return to Tokyo!"
