"amazing hotel, the best I have ever stayed in. Amazing staff in every department, beautiful clean rooms, fantastic food. Will always stay here when visiting Tokyo. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Tokyo, especially if utilizing the monorail system."
"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
"We stayed for one night before heading to Kanazawa. The room was fantastic - clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff was also great - very helpful and friendly. Very close to Tokyo Station and its amazing amount of restaurants. Great for transportation and a nice, chill break. We'd stay here again for more nights."
