"The staff was very down to earth and friendly customer service. The property was close to downtown Santa Barbara and within walking distance to many great things such as museums, beaches, and public transportation. The building had key fab lock entry, lockers, and room entry-so safe surroundings. It is a quite place to stay for a quick nights rest and recovery for those travelling through. Dislikes: There is no privacy room to have a private phone call and or work type meeting."
