The hotel was clean. Our room was very clean. Most of the staff however couldn't speak English and couldn't communicate with you. We had an issue with the t.v. as it wouldn't go off the cc. We called the front desk, asked for a new remote to fix this issue, they sent a gentleman, who was very kind, but never fixed the issue and just left us the old remote. If you try to ask a question, good luck on an answer as they don't understand you. The gentleman who was cleaning and blowing the dirt in the parking lot didn't seem to care that he was blowing sand and garbage onto your car. I am glad that we were outside smoking when he was blowing the parking lot, as we had to honk the horn to make him quit blowing things onto our car. Other than that, we had a great experience. They set us up with transportation to go to the Rolling Stones Concert. Thank You!!! We will return to the hotel. Just a few hiccups won't keep us away from this hotel.
