One of the staff workers used his key to open my door when he knocked and I was not able to open the door immediately. It was not an emergency and it is extremely disturbing to know the staff workers just use their key for entering rooms with no justification. Then the front desk booked another customer to the same room that I already was in and the customer walked into the room in the middle of the night and we scared each other. I was then asked to move to another room because the room that was originally booked to me needed renovations, which was very inconvenient. The staff said they would help me move my stuff from one room to another, but repacking and unpacking again was very inconvenient. Then when I was ready to move, Victor, the maintenance worker, had a bad attitude when I asked for help to move my stuff to the new room. I was then told there was no concierge service available and that I had to put all of my stuff on to a cart to move to the new room. The staff had a bad attitude when they were forcing me to move to a new room and I DID NOT ask to move. It also is unprofessional to book a room to a customer when the staff were already aware that room needed renovations and there could be several things wrong with the room. Horrible experience!
