"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). "The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff.
