"Excellent hotel, extremely well organised and all aspects managed to a high standard. Our entire stay was flawless from check in, housekeeping, breakfasts, club facilites and checkout. All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. AN excellent choice. "

"Good location where HKU MTR Stn is just across the street and tram station is within walking distance. Staffs (porter, front desk and housekeeping) are friendly and efficient. The room is at good size, a little old but clean and well equipped. Very thankful that foam pillows are available upon request. Overall I am very happy with the stay. "

"Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"

"the hotel is in sheung wan, far from the crowd and so the streets quieter. Traveling to central and beyond is also easy because of the tram service. Thumbs up to the concierge team who were welcoming when we arrived and when we left, they helped us manage our luggages in the cab. The single bed is big, 120cm wide. Very pleasant stay."
