“The room was very clean and that was important for myself and the kids we’ve done these mini staycations in a lot of different places in Knoxville. The pools were always nice, but the rooms were disgusting, but that was not the case at the Crown Plaza beautiful lobby clean hotel will be back.”

“The property is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. My stay was for three nights. I was quite surprised to learn that during my stay there would be no housekeeping. On the third day I had to track down someone from housekeeping to give me a trash bag to empty my wastebaskets. Because of university activities, downtown restaurants were crowded. My small group ordered through door dash. Our plan was to order drinks from the bar with our dinner, but were told we could not eat in the……
