“Everything about my recent stay at the Crown Plaza in downtown Knoxville was excellent! The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and checking in was simple. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. Parking was convenient. The stay was perfect!”

“Was in town strictly for business and didn’t have time to explore much of the hotel, such as a pool, gym or restaurant. I can only speak to the room, which was very nice, with a comfortable bed, great pillows, and a great shower with quality linens. The valet guys were top notch as well.”
