"An attractive modern hotel which is trying very hard to get everything right. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location with a selection of restaurants just around the corner. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Our car was parked for us without any hassle or cost. No great views from the room which may also be too hi tech for some. Great breakfast but the staff were so keen to help that the second course arrived too quickly. "

"Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. We would love to stay here again for future trips to Chania.
