"My family had such a great time at this cabin. It was plenty big for the 11 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The family room was big and warm with the wood burning fireplace in the corner. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. We also loved the maps of walking trails that start out right at the cabin. It was a great trip. Our only wish would be for some snow next time."

"The Shata View Lodge was a gem to find. I am traveling with plans but no plans and found Shasta View Lodge on short notice. I stayed in Cabin #3 which was perfect for me. I was able to work with high speed internet during the day and then explore a few hikes around afterwards. It was nice to come home to a lovely cabin. The beds were very comfortable. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay in McCloud! We visited for snowboarding and the cabin was so close to Mount Shasta! It was clean, cozy, and spacious and perfect for breakfast in the morning. The coffee maker was very convenient and we stored our lunch in the fridge! It was very tastefully decorated and the bed and couch were very comfortable. We had a restful stay!"

"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."
