"Our stay was abruptly cut short due to an unfair & poorly communicated policy. The morning after our 1st night, we had some family members (inc children) over for breakfast before heading to the NP. They were there for less than 3 hours then we were gone by 11 am.The owner reported us to VRBO for violating the rules, which stated "max overnight guests:4" with "no additional guests." "I was rather surprised by this place! The location was perfect because it sat towards the edge of a neighborhood with vast desert on the one side. Normally, Yucca is a little too busy for me, but I felt isolated enough to fully disconnect from everything (like how I normally feel up the road in Joshua Tree). Unfortunately, the property doesn’t match the pictures anymore- everything seems a bit run down or neglected. The host was very willing to help us when we contacted them.
