"Little house was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Immaculate and very tastefully decorated and furnished. All needed amenities provided...and then some. Access to private hot tub a definite bonus. Proximity to Capitol Reef was great as it allowed us to be out of the " hustle and bustle" of the tourist areas. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a couple of nites. Would stay again for sure."

Located in a small town and near Zion, Bryce National Park and many more places to visit. Very quiet at night to enjoy a nice fire, watch the sunset and star gazing. "Access involved climbing some rock steps, and the bedroom is at the top of a spiral staircase. Best for agile people. There is no TV but the high speed internet worked well- plan ahead. Living space is streamlined and cosy. We planned to eat out for lunch and dinner. Kitchen was adequate for preparing a light breakfast."

"The check-in is so easy and simple. Upon our arrival, our host Ciaran was waiting for us in the parking lot. And then he show us the living room, kitchen, dinning area, and our room. It is located off the main traffic street, thus it’s very quiet. The house is full of books. We stayed in Jane Austen’s room, Charles Dickens is our neighbor. The house is a total surprise to us. "This is a cozy daylight basement rental. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. You could hear the people upstairs a little bit but only during the daytime so it wasn't really a problem. Property manager was very communicative and helpful."
