"2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back."

"The Carriage House is a stunningly beautiful property. Relaxed by the fire pit, took a dip in the hot tub, and enjoyed the wonderful calming sounds of the waterfall. The hosts were beyond hospitable, and we’re already planning our next stay."

Definitely off the beaten path (which I enjoyed) but would highly recommend getting there for the first time in daylight as it can be hard to find and feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. It is meticulously clean, has an extremely comfortable bed, and includes all the basics that one might need when using it as a base to explore Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. "Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive. Great stay."

"This was our favorite stay when traveling to the Utah National Parks! The lodges are very clean, private, and the office has everything you need. Showers and bathrooms were also clean and no issues sharing since they're individual stalls with locks. Check in was easy and you can get in late without taking to the front desk since all instructions are sent in a text."
