"Had a great weekend getaway at the cozy cottage. Interior was remodeled with new appliances, hardwood floor with scratch proo polish and enough bedrooms to fit our 4 persin family and the dog. Friendly neighborhood about 10 mins from town. House is more inland than pictured bur still within walking distance."

The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future."

"The cottage was on a nicely manicured property with ample parking for us. The inside was a perfect size for the two of us. The place was decorated really nicely. Everything that we needed was there. They even had complimentary hot cocoa, tea and coffee for us to make with mugs that we could take home as a souvenir of our stay. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating."

"We felt like we were in the middle of peaceful woods with our very own lake to skip rocks on. Then we jumped in our car and we were in the cutest town, Skaneateles, with shops restaurants and a great place to walk in just a 4 minute car ride! My kids want us to buy the cabin!"

"We stayed here for two nights and found it very comfortable and well equiped. We came in for a concert (Springsteen) and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. This was perfect, only a 10 minute drive. It's also close to some fantastic restaurants and excellent grocery stores. It's such a unique home and suited us well."

""Lake Edge" is perched on a steep hillside about 50' over it's private beach. All 43 of the wooden steps to the water were strong and secure as we're the railings. Two scary switchbacks on the lane to the cottage we're really not as difficult as they appeared. The cottage is secluded. Adjacent neighbors were invisible through the trees, though we could hear soft voices. Perfect privacy in which to relax and unwind. The cottage is newly decorated with flat screen TVs everywhere. "We came into town for the Earth Day half marathon in Baldwinsville. This was the perfect place to stay! So many amenities and the perfect porch for morning coffee! I wish we could of stayed longer!"

"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. "Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night.
