"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

"Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. "Our stay was perfect. It’s a lovely home in a really nice neighborhood. Simpatico had everything you could think of and so much more! The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for thinking of so much detail, making their place one of the best places we have ever stayed! I highly recommend it!"
