"The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both."

"I can’t rave enough about our stay at Flip Flop Cottage! The house was in a great location in Rockport, clean, well maintained stocked with dishes, cookware and some spices/condiments. The host was quick to answer any questions I had and even let us check in an hour early. There were 4 adults, 6 kids and our dog and we all had ample room to relax. The beds were heavenly, so comfortable! We will definitely be back!"

"Casa de Samuel is the perfect getaway. Within 10 minutes of our family which was important for us. The grounds are inviting, lovely little corners for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, and a glass of wine or beer in evening. The cottage has everything you need and a fun selection of games. The hostess is as delightful as the cottage."

"Well we first were in a unit 3 and were shockingly awakened at 7 am to pounding in the next room. Thought someone was coming thru the wall. Called Ms Nina and she assisted us very quickly and moved us to unit 5 which was away from the noise. I do want to inform you all that we did have a small problem with fleas in that unit. I know it’s pet friendly but would recommend treating for fleas in that unit. We had to wear some tea tree oil to keep them off away after my wife had been bitten quite a...

"We did a family trip and the cottage and area was family friendly and pet friendly. We loved it. The area for smores was great. The pool need more chlorine. And It really needs some shady. But, other than that I would highly recommend this place."
