We were very pleased with the accommodations, with a few suggestions. There were 6 of us and the two bedrooms with the King and queen beds were great, the problem with sleeping came with the fact that two of our grown sons (tall) were not as comfortable on the trundle beds as we couples were. "We were visiting friends in Baytown and needed a place to stay. This cottage was perfect, great layout, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need. We left every day after breakfast and came home in the evening/night. The beach is not far away which is really great. You get into the house via a keypad, so you can't lose a key or have a problem with not having enough keys if everyone doesn't want to do the same thing. "The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside."
