We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night."

"We loved this home. Great central location! Easy to get where we wanted to go. Depending on traffic it’s 10-15 minutes to both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. St Armand’s circle is right there too. We drove about 30 minutes down to Venice beach and up north to Anna Maria Island is about an hour. This property is on a quiet dead end street. "Wonderful stay, Sue thought of all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay without having to think of what to bring. Beach chairs, umbrella,cooler,travel cart! Everything was fully stocked. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minutes down your side street! Location was easy proximity to Dr. Armand's, Downtown Sarasota. Enjoyed walking to paddle boarding at Mangroves right down the road. Ebike tour at Myakka state park and eating at great restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive."

"Our family of 4 stayed the last week of April in shoulder season after spring break and before the mass of tourists. The place is very clean and comfortable. Had coffee every morning by the pool while watching fish jump in the intercoastal water way.
