"The hotel is in a great location and walkable to just about everywhere in downtown Sarasota. The bed is super comfy & pillows were great. The hotel is generally clean, but there are not a lot of amenities. I probably wouldn’t stay more than a night or two but for the price point and convenience it was perfect. "

"This is more of a motel than a hotel....the rooms are accessed from the outside and the amenities are sparse. However, having said that, it is one of the better values in the Sarasota Siesta Key area. Just keep your expectations realistic. The included breakfast is nothing more than a selection of bagels....with coffee, juice, etc. That's about it. "We stay in hotels around the beaches quite a bit and this one has been my least favorite. The location is in a weird intersection that is difficult to get in and out of. The room was mediocre as far as cleanliness. Coffee grounds left on the counter top and coffee maker, there was sand on the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, pillows are flat.
