"Room was just OK. Very dated. Our room was behind the elevator and we heard it everytime it was used. Very annoying at night. There were only 2 usable outlets it the entire room. "Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The sink in my room had no stopper. The towels were sometimes fresh. No hand towel one day. Only one tea bag and coffee sachet each day but several sachets of sugar.
