"Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Great location on the end, near the street. Short walk to the beach (0.2 miles). We rented a golf cart and drove it to Seaside every day. I would definitely rent again. Only downside was the abundance of fees associated with a vacation rental. "

It was in a new community that provided free nightly entertainment with a live ban and food court across the street at a venue call the HUB, which was really fun. It's located in a high end community that really felt safe, but it not gated. The kids rode their bikes to the pool every afternoon after we came back from the Beach. Deer Park has the best beach less than a mile down the road. The only draw back is all your check in and...

"Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again."

"There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. "
