“Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family.”

“Excellent Hotel better than any hotel I’ve stayed at on The Gulf Coast. Talked with the General Manager ( Amanda) and she’s a great person. I’d stay there any time. They have a great breakfast and convenient to everything. ”

“Very close to the beach which was awesome; right across the street! We didn't realize we needed to put a parking pass in our cars until two days later when we saw the form on the kitchen counter, but didn't seem to matter as no one else had them in their car and we didn't get towed. It's nice that the unit has access right to the pool. Unit was in good condition. The bathroom sink was missing the drain stopper and had a foul smell coming from it. We could hear every movement in the unit above us……

“Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again.”

“AvantStay was exceptional to work with. All our questions/concerns were answered extremely quickly, even at late night hours. Their communication and instructions were fantastic. The house has wonderful space and the neighborhood has heated pool, hottub, pickle ball courts, and trails. One trail goes to the beach, so very easy to access beach by bikes. Very close to Publix grocery and many restaurants, We love Seagrove and also enjoyed going to Seaside and Grayton Beach. ”

“I loved it there! I traveled to get away from my hometown and life circumstances and it was the reset I needed. It is a perfect little nature oasis and the Big Easy had everything I could possibly need! ”

“There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. ”
