Rebecca Cook, at the front desk who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. She not only corrected any billing issues promptly but also made sure that I had all the towels, directions, and Hilton Honors Gold benefits I needed during my stay. The rooms at the hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was delighted to find ample parking available, making it convenient for guests. One thing that stood out to me was that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, giving it a fresh and modern look. "Beautiful hotel with easy walkable access to the Bank of America stadium. The most comfortable bedding ever!!"

"We had a great room and experience. The only fault was the bathroom door was not an actual, sealable door. I was surprised that a Marriott would have a glass barn door for a bathroom separation. "

"I appreciate it my stay at the courtyard for the fact that the people of the staff were very polite helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was very careful and polite when communicating with the people in the room for any of their needs or for cleaning and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time that I accepted a room near the elevator because the elevator was very silent and not noisy as I have noted in other hotels where I had to move my room. All in all my stay was good and it's obvious that the planners who located the hotel had it on a road which did not have much traffic at all which was greatly appreciated. If I were to recommend a hotel to a person coming to the Charlotte area I definitely would recommend the courtyard. Upon leaving I noted that my invoice was correct and there were no surprises which also was a plus. I trust that this review will be helpful to people who are looking for a hotel room in the Gastonia area of Charlotte where this hotel is located"
