"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"Room not ready so were invited for a glass of fizz. Room up some very steep stairs do not get room 23! Breakfast disappointing as the hot breakfast was cold and the bacon and poached eggs were overcooked. Wish we had stuck to the buffet after paying £300 for a night expected a better meal as we were then paying another £40. Decor amazing staff lovely and spa very nice . On the whole a good experience "
