5/5 Excellent
"We stayed at excellence for the first part of our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff, the food, the vibe, the entertainment was all the best we’ve ever seen. We love how friendly and fun the staff is and all the food was great. We will definitely be returning to an excellence club property because it was the best type of resort we’ve ever been to. "

"Everything was excellent from staff to food to customer service except for the pricing of the merchandise in general and the gift store. I totally got that prices are higher since it’s based in the resorts however personal care items such as sunscreen, lotions and shampoos were overly priced. Get ready to pay five times more for items like that. Other than that, it was an excellent experience for us and we will definitely go back to this resorts"
