Only thing was that my partner had a really strong allergic reaction to the bedroom, to the point where we slept on the pull out couch. I'd assume there's some mold in the corner wall that should be addressed. Pull out couch was quite comfy. I'd also suggest getting some fire tools for the wood burning stove - a log poker would go...
