She knew we were a bit nervous of our room not being ready or not being in the right place, and she ensured it was ready for us and the right room and she greeted us with open arms. "Our family of four, including 2 teen boys, stayed for just one night on our journey down the coast. The reviews were good and I was worried maybe some of them weren’t real. I was also a little worried about some of the noise complaints. We had a lovely stay, staff was great and the hotel room big and clean. It was simple and modern design and of reasonable quality-basically a high end look with more reasonable materials that helps keep that much space attractive and affordable. My kids played with the giant lawn/patio games, ping pong etc and it was nice for there to be somewhere for them to be on their own. It was just a fun, low key place to be. I did a yoga class the next morning next door which was great and then we headed down to Océano Besch for a Humvee ride on the dunes. It was our favorite day!"
