"I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough. "

"Owners/desk staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate. We arrived early and they were more than happy to check on a room to get us into. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. it was our first time to San Francisco and it helped to have local mom and pop shops very close by. Notably, would recommend Happy Donut, right around the corner. We had coffee, egg sandwiches and donuts there. Excellent! For water bottles and snacks we visited a local grocer who also was very friendly....
