Stunning Waterfront Retreat w/35' Boat Slip

New Listing! This incredible 3400 sq ft, spacious waterfront retreat in the Channel Islands Harbor, invites you to park your boat in the private slip, paddle board, or kayak around the marina, ride bikes to the nearby beaches, or stay in and enjoy the sauna. There's also a pool table, air hockey and foosball, or simply unwind and enjoy the California sunshine on the deck overlooking the marina. This magnificent home has everything to relax and have fun!

The first floor is an open design with a bar, beautifully remodeled and stocked kitchen including a Nespresso, drip, french express, coffee and tea, standard condiments in fridge, oil and spices for cooking and a large farmhouse table to seat the whole crew. This space opens up to a 500 square foot deck overlooking the serene harbor with outdoor seating and a grill.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms with room darkening curtains, duvets, firm mattresses, cotton sheets, and each room has its own bathroom. The master has a tub with jets, a sauna, a huge walk in shower, king size avacado mattress, and a wonderful view of the harbor.

Great location in the Harbor
We had a great time staying in the house. Even though it rained pretty much the whole time we were there, we really enjoyed being able to visit with family. The layout of the house was great. The little time we were able to sit out on the deck overlooking the harbor was splendid. We will certainly be back to enjoy the house under much better weather conditions.

The house was immaculate and had everything you could need for a great stay. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture.

Short stay, beautiful view. Beds were amazing, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. Few things I was disappointed in, house wasn’t very clean, smelled musty when we first entered and housekeeping left towels in the garage unfolded. But owner contacted them immediately. Other than a few things needing to be fixed at the beginning of the trip the house it very beautiful, in a beautiful location. Neighbors are super friendly and kind..loved sitting in the back yard looking at the harbor, was the most relaxing part of the trip.

Fabulous Family Vacation Rental
We had a wonderful family weekend here. We had 4 generations with us and all found things that we appreciated here. First of all, the house is beautiful with an amazing view sitting on the back patio.the kids an adults alike loved the kayaks as well as the pool table and game tables. The kitchen was very well stocked and meals were enjoyed at the large table. Communication with the host was excellent. We stay at a lot of VRBO’s… this one definitely hits one of our top 10. Five Star stay for sure!

This was an amazing property. The house is beautiful and the layout was perfect for a party with 3 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The outdoor deck is so spacious and gets a good amount of daytime shade. We will definitely come back to this property!

House and host exceeded expectations
We had the best time at this property! The house itself was as depicted and the location couldn’t be beat. The upgrades inside the house were beautiful and convenient. Everyone felt the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was beyond excellent! We brought our boat and were able to tie it to the dock for the entire stay, rather than launching it and retrieving it every day. A few in my group even got to pet a dolphin while out fishing (unfortunately that would not be me). There were great restaurants within walking distance, too (Yolanda’s and Ravern Tavern were our faves). Also, I can’t say enough about Sarah, the host. She went above and beyond, even left me a birthday card and little gifts for me and my sister. That was a touch I hadn’t seen before. Thank you, Sarah, for making my birthday trip that much more enjoyable. Your home is gorgeous and I would choose to stay there again in a heartbeat!

Huge house, perfect for our girls trip
Beautiful house, none of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay. Everything was really clean and plenty of supplies for all of us. Really large downstairs living area that could’ve fit plenty more people. We loved that the house was right on the water, we actually went for a dip! The kayaks were great, and we used those too. Sauna works great. No complaints at all.

Amazing Weekend getaway home
We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s home. My family of 5 enjoyed every part of her beautiful home for a long Presidents Day weekend. Every room is very spacious and beautifully designed. The whole house is cleaned immaculately. We enjoyed barbecuing dinner on the deck looking over the water. My husband and kids loved taking the kayaks out on the calm water. And playing pool, foosball, and air hockey after dinner was a fun treat! Sarah was very quick to respond to any questions I had. And we appreciated so much! We definitely can not wait to book another weekend at this amazing property.

Marvelous family vacation spot
We stayed at Sarah’s place from mid December to mid January 2023. Woke up every morning to the breathtaking canal view reflecting the sunshine and took the canoes and paddle-board out in the water. The air hockey, foosball, and pool table kept us busy after dinner. Movie nights were held nestling on the large cozy sofa tucked under comfy throws. We cooked bœf bourginon, salmon papillote, roasted turkey, kanelbulle, etc in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary tools (I brought a bunch of them just in case but ended up only using the cheese grater and avocado slicer). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed taking walks & riding bicycle alongside the marina. Sarah’s hospitality was outstanding from the welcome message, considerate check-ins ensuring our stay is going smoothly, and timely responses in emergent circumstances. Thanks Sarah! Would love to come back again for future stays.
