"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."

"Upon arrival, I encountered problems locating the entry keys. I sent a msg to the host but to no response. I ended up calling the main number for the listing and they provided an entire different code for a different lock box that had a pair of emergency keys. We finally got in 30 minutes later. Once I stepped in I noticed lots of bug/mosquitos by all the windows. It would have been nice to have screens to open the windows without letting bugs in. "We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. "Bedroom is a bit cramped, but living space( well decorated!) is great, kitchen well equipped, view and deck awesome. Deck is not enclosed as I had been told( for pup), no dish towels, locks difficult to open and close, and Vacasa did not provide support to get tv to work in time for me to use it on 3 night stay. However, if you are all about the beach, I recommend this cute place."
