"Aasked for a room with a view, got a view of the laundry room and ice machine. Also they had trouble getting their card reader too work, had already paid for the 1st night and they would not let us have our room until the second night was paid for. Had to call our bank and they clerk was a little shocked that we had almost 5000.00 dollars in the account. So we were tied u p for almost 40 minutes until a different clerk came and ran our card. So we were 30 minutes late to the concert."

"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Excellent views and ocean air. A real treat you won't want to leave. It is shameless that the elevator is still not fixed- perhaps the ADA needs to be notified. I saw a woman sheltering from the wind in a wheelchair that had been waiting for a room for "more than two hours". She had to wait for a room on the first floor because the elevator was not working. I'm 80 years old and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. My heart had a hard time. Terrible in a facility that charges premium rates."

"Great water pressure in the shower! Easy walk to the marina where we had our boat. Easy walk to the nearby bistro for dinner. Front desk staff were very accommodating to help us navigate adding a day to our stay, whereas Hotels.com wanted to charge us a cancellation fee to "change" our reservation. Ridiculous! Whoever heard of charging a client extra to add a day. "
