"Great location for staying in downtown Boston. Right next door to Whole Foods and only a 10 - 20 minute walk from the heart of the city. My only complaint was the proximity to the freeway as our room faced the highway. It was not overwhelmingly loud, but definitely can hear some highway noise at night. Did not keep me up, just noticeable is all. "

"Overall, not a bad experience. However, there were a couple of things that would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable. For example, no matter how much we lowered the AC, it would not budge and remain warmer at night. We also requested extra bath towels and were told we needed to walk all the way back to the lobby to pick up as they were short staffed. Nevertheless, as said before, we would stay there again. The grounds and pool area were nice and clean. Location was convenient to...
