However, they have you choose the days for housekeeper service by filling out a paper given to you at check in and my room was never serviced during my entire 5 day stay. I had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk twice during my stay."

"Everything was great as usual. However the Cleaning service has skipped our room even after I have asked for a daily cleanup. When they eventually cleanup our room. I realized the bed sheets and blanket were the same exact one as before. Since I saw the same coffee stain before using it."
